"""
the 2×2 on the password-locked organism, which sandbags without being told (no model, ~1 minute).

    python experiments/detector-sanity-checks/organism_2x2.py

The locked organism, with the cells this time filled by a model that really does change its answers:

answered (right) sandbagged (wrong, though it knows)
not instructed pw: password, no prompt nopw: no password, no prompt (the lock)
instructed pw_instr: password + "answer wrongly" nopw_instr: no password + "answer wrongly"
                         (it ignores the instruction)

Three detectors, all on the same model:
D4 episode 1's sandbagging probe recipe (toolkit pairs), last prompt token
D1q Apollo's deception-probe recipe, refitted on this model, read at the answer letter
D3 the eval-awareness study's framing probe, last prompt token

Behaviour comparisons hold the prompt fixed (same condition), so only the model's answer differs. Instruction
comparisons hold the answer fixed (answered right), so only the system prompt differs. The password comparison
(pw vs nopw, both answered) is a one-string change in the prompt with no change in behaviour.

Then the same analysis on the eval-awareness study's committed scores for D3 (2,100 framing rows per model): eval vs
deployment
framings, which change the wording but not the organism's accuracy.

Writes results/organism_2x2.csv.
